Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation

Dehay Family does not allow sexual content involving anyone under 18. This page is our published standard, and it explains how to report it.

Last updated: 30 October 2026

Our standard

Dehay Family prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation. You may not create, request, upload, store, or share sexual content involving anyone under 18. This includes photos, videos, audio, chat messages, comments, posts, and profile content.

The app is for people aged 13 and over. It is not made for children. This rule applies to every member.

How to report

In the app you can report a profile, a post, a comment, or a D-hay. Choose sexual content, or other, and describe what you saw. In chat you can block the person. To report a chat message, report that person's profile, or email us. Do not forward the illegal material.

You can also write to support@dehayfamily.com. Tell us what you saw and where it is in the app.

What we do

We review reports of this kind. We remove child sexual abuse material. We can suspend or delete the account involved.

When we become aware of child sexual abuse material, we report it to the competent authority. In Norway that is the police. Where the law requires a report to another authority, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States, we send that report. We keep the report for as long as the law requires.
